Admissions.

The admission process automates the various steps involved in the admission of students, including registrattion.

Fees Management

Fees management module enables users to provide the startup data of fees collection according to the course of an institute. Each time a student is registered to a course, an invoice reflecting the total fees that should be paid is automatically created under that student’s profile. The invoice details are also linked to the accounting system where fees terms are captured. You can also configure fees terms to set conditions under which your students should pay their school fees.

Accounting Module.

All the finance-related data is stored and managed in this module. From the fees paid by the students through the School Pay System to any other financial transactions that are performed by the school. With this module the school can easily generate a fees payement report that highlights fees defaulters. The School ERP also enables the sending of Alters to such fees defaulters.

Examination and Results management.

There are so many examinations that a school conducts to its students in a particular academic year. The School ERP System will ease this task and it will help you with the preparation of question papers, allocation of examination rooms, results management and tracking students performance.

Library Management

Enjoy the benefits of world class book cataloguing and referencing integrated with the options to user barcode scanners. The library activities for each student and other library users.

Human Resource (HR)

The HR module of our school ERP software is designed to manage the employees of the school. Details of each and every employee will be recorded and managed in this HR module. Details such as; attendance, leave adjustment, payroll etc. are monitored under this module.
This module provides for payroll management which includes tax deductions, benefits amangement and earnings in general.

Students/staff Attendance

Accurately track student and staff attendance by automating your school attendance system. This module supports the upload of fully signed attandance lists and pictorial evidence for the system by both staff and students. School Admistration also is able to generate weekly/monthly attendance reports for each learning session and other school activities.

Hostel/Dormitory

Manage students accommodation in a convinient and secure manner. Easily track which students have been allocated which dormity, identify which dormitories are not yet fully occupied and generate occupancy reports per term.

The team could do this assessment by reviewing existing document, interviewing several staff members, or even have a focused group discussion with concerned stakeholders. The time spent on assessing needs of a facility depends several factors which include but are not limited to the following;

  • Size of the facility
  • Range of services and products the facility offers
  • Number of people employed at the facility.
  • Range of business processes running at the facility
  • Availability of facility stakeholders
  • Level of Automation desired by the facility. (Which business processes the facility wants to computerize).
  • Availability of operational data.

Configuration and customization.
Through the needs assessment findings, the team can now customize and configure SCHOOL ERP System to fit the specific need of the health facility.
