Our reservation system takes care of all important hotel reservations, more importantly easing the process of checking room availability and tracking bookings.

REPORTS

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

Easily maintain a database of all buying, selling, and consumption activities. The data from the Inventory System helps to keep a check on the efficiency of the hotel, minimize fraud, and reduce loses. Upon check-out, staff can apply any additional charges to the folio and accept payment in

RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION

This ERP System provides a weekly and monthly view dashboard to check room availability, hence, providing the simplest rooms & date selection options to the front office user. It allows the hotel to create bookings, and hold reservations.

CHECK-IN

Upon a guest’s arrival, the front desk staff can easily check-in the guest. Staff can use various filters to quickly search for guests in the system by name, group name, email, confirmation number, or Online Travel Agency (OTA) voucher number.

GROUP HANDLING

This is used to make reservations for five or more guests. Create, search for, view, and edit a given room block whose rooms can later be picked up by a group reservation.

CHECK-OUT

Upon check-out, staff can apply any additional charges to the folio and accept payment in cash or credit. Furthermore, staff can easily generate a single folio for multiple rooms and split folio for a single room.

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE

Streamline all accounting activities, including general accounting, configuration and update of the chart of accounts, multi-currency management, budget and much more.

EXTRA CHARGES

Predefined extra charges are automatically added to the room folio, and other unforeseen extra charges can be added manually to the folio.
