He has a Bachelor’s degree in Software engineering from Makerere University and has 4 years of experience in developing Mobile and Web Apps using a variety of platforms. He has speared headed the development of several mobile Apps like Community TB, elunda (available on Google Play Store) and expresses a very impressive turnaround time on assigned projects.

He is conversant with the developer tools such as; PHP, JAVA, JSP, XHTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python, NetBeans-IDE, Eclipse-IDE, Macromedia (Dreamweaver, Photoshop and fireworks) and Pencil-mockup design. He has worked with many databases, including Toad for Mysql, PgAdmin, SQL Server Management Studio & Commandline SQL Prompt. MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL. He is familiar with web-based platforms such as Drupal 6 & 7, Zend framework. He has developed several mobile-based systems using, Android, Flutter, and React Native.
